CHANGING THE WAY ALASKA BUILDS
ALASKA’S FIRST PRECAST HOLLOWCORE CONCRETE MANUFACTURER
built to last.
built for Alaska.
Alaska-made structural precast concrete
Alaska Precast Solutions is Alaska’s first prestressed, precast hollowcore concrete manufacturer, advancing the state’s construction capabilities through proven precast technology. Addressing Alaska’s longstanding challenges—harsh climates, remote locations, and the need for faster, stronger, and more efficient building methods—we produce high-performance concrete systems precision-engineered for rapid construction and long-term durability. From our Nikiski-based manufacturing facility, we meet Alaska’s unique demands with locally-produced solutions built #CONCRETESTRONG.
Why Precast Matters for Alaska
Building in Alaska demands solutions as rugged and resilient as its landscape. Traditional construction methods fall short in the face of harsh climates, remote locations, and logistical challenges. Precast concrete addresses these critical issues, providing:
Rapid Construction – Faster builds through controlled, off-site manufacturing.
All-Weather Installation – Minimal delays due to weather or seasonal constraints.
Superior Durability – Exceptional resilience against extreme weather, seismic activity, and fire.
Reduced Costs – Streamlined processes, minimized labor, and less material waste.
Applications across alaska
Alaska Precast Solutions manufactures structural and specialty precast concrete products for projects ranging from residential housing to mission-critical infrastructure. Designed for Alaska's demanding climate and logistical challenges, precast solutions provide durable, resilient, and efficient construction across a wide range of industries.

THE PRECAST ADVANTAGES ARE SOLID
Hollowcore concrete for Alaska is more than just innovative—it’s essential.
FASTER CONSTRUCTION: Accelerate project timelines with controlled off-site manufacturing and delivery that's ready for rapid installation.
EASY TRANSPORTABILITY: Ideal for use in remote locations where batching of concrete ready mix is impractical.
ENHANCED DURABILITY:
Superior resistance to harsh weather conditions, seismic activity & fire risks while reducing maintenance & repair costs.
COST EFFICIENCY: Lower overall project costs through streamlined processes, reduced labor requirements, and minimized material waste.
QUALITY ASSURANCE: Precise off-site, all-season manufacturing in controlled environments ensures consistent product quality and structural integrity.
SUSTAINABILITY: Decreased environmental impact through optimized material usage, reduced energy costs and recyclability.
COMFORT & ENERGY EFFICIENCY: Concrete's thermal mass regulates indoor temperatures & enhances soundproofing for buildings that are both energy-efficient & comfortable.
DESIGN FLEXIBILITY: Architectural freedom and aesthetic diversity.
IMPROVED SAFETY: Reduced on-site hazards and enhanced worker safety through minimized on-site activities and faster installation processes.
