WE’RE CHANGING THE WAY ALASKA BUILDS

Alaska Precast Solutions was founded to solve the long-standing challenges of building in Alaska—harsh climates, remote locations, and the need for faster, stronger, and more efficient construction. With the establishment of Alaska’s first and only pre-stressed, precast concrete manufacturing plant, we are proud to introduce a proven, high-performance building solution to the state.

Our mission is to deliver innovative concrete technology that enhances durability, reduces build times, and improves overall project efficiency—all while meeting the unique demands of Alaskan construction. Our tagline, "Concrete Strong," reflects our commitment to resilience and reliability in every project.

SETH KROENKE

  • Seth Kroenke is a builder, innovator, and entrepreneur redefining how Alaska builds. As President and CEO of the RAS family of companies—including Remote Alaska Solutions, Alaska Precast Solutions, Alaska Concrete Solutions, and RAS Energy—he leads a team dedicated to advancing stronger, faster, and more resilient ways to build across the state.

Seth founded Remote Alaska Solutions (RAS) in 2012, establishing it as a statewide leader in insulated concrete form (ICF) construction and high-performance building methods tailored to Alaska’s extreme conditions. Under his leadership, RAS evolved into a family of specialty companies spanning concrete construction, material placement, and oilfield support services. In 2019, his vision expanded to include Alaska Precast Solutions—the state’s first prestressed, precast concrete manufacturer—ushering in a new era of concrete innovation to meet Alaska’s housing and infrastructure needs.

Seth’s career began with the development of a remote fishing and hunting lodge, where he gained firsthand experience in logistics, material transport, and off-grid construction. His years as a commercial pilot operating two air taxis further deepened his understanding of the geographic and operational challenges of Alaska’s most remote regions.

Known for his integrity, vision, and forward-thinking leadership, Seth is committed to transforming Alaska’s construction landscape through innovation, collaboration, and cutting-edge precast technology. When he’s not leading projects, Seth and his wife, Jeelan, enjoy spending time with their four children hunting, fishing, boating, and snowmachining across Alaska’s vast wilderness.
